Physicians: You can let your patients know they can make an account on our website to process refills at their own leisure.
Patients: You will find a “Refill Request” button on your patient portal. Here, you may submit your prescription number and additional personal information, and we will confirm we have received your request.
We ask that you double check the inside of each insert in your package for your product before inquiring that it’s missing. Each cold product is sent in a silver insulated mailer with an ice pack and every other product is sent in a green bubble mailer. These mailers are sometimes mistaken for box fillers and thrown away.
Our products are good for 7 days out of the refrigerator. The ice packs we use are intended to keep the product cold during shipment. When the product arrives to you, we advise you to refrigerate it as soon as you can.
If your prescription lists your email address or if you provide your email address to our administrative staff, we plug it into our UPS system as the label is being created. This will automatically send you an email with your tracking number. We always keep a record of each package that has been shipped, so if your email address was not provided you may give us a call and we can give you your tracking number or track your package for you.
If you are receiving a controlled substance from our pharmacy, we have to insert
your social security number into our pharmacy software to keep track of when those
products were filled so they are not over supplied.
