Our processing times are not equal to the shipping method selected. The shipping method will reflect how quickly the prescription is delivered once your package has left our facility.

No. We are licensed in, and able to ship to, 46 states (including Puerto Rico) within the United States. Check here.

UPS. We do not supplement through other carries.

No. We do not accept insurance, FSA, or HSA. We are a cash-based pharmacy.

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Typically, we are unable to accept returns due to state/government regulations. Depending upon the situation, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if it falls within our policy’s guidelines.

No. We are a 503A compounding pharmacy, meaning all prescriptions must be patient specific.

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days.

All of our raw materials are sourced from FDA registered manufacturers and wholesalers.

We are more than happy to sign-up your clinic and/or patients for email notifications! All we need is an email on file and the order stages for which you wish to be notified. Please contact your Account Manager to learn more.
